Nope, after reading everything I could about it online before going, it was probably the place I wanted to go to the most, but the Munich part of this trip was a bit rushed, and full of family obligations, so I never made it out. It was definitely the most "touristy" leg of my trip. Made it to Spaten, Paulaner, Lowenbrau, Hofbrau, Ayinger, and Augustiner; rode bikes around the city and checked out the english gardens, walked all over marienplatz and ate plenty of brats and obatzda. The only side trip out of the city I did was to check out Dachau.
I love München. Did you make it to Kloster Andechs while you were there? It just might be my favorite place to drink beer in the whole world.
